Our business employs a number of freight carriers across Australia to ensure we offer the best shipping options available at an affordable price! Examples of  couriers: Australia Post / TNT Express / APD courier / Couriers Please / Star Track Express

The majority or larger  items are dispatched with Courier (TNT). The majority of smaller orders are sent with Australia Post, unless otherwise specified.

All orders, regardless of shipment method, are updated with tracking to ensure 100% peace of mind.

For orders < $ 100.00   Home of 12 Volt offer a flat $ 10.00 postage fee for regular post or an option to select Express at $ 15.00

For orders >$ 100.00    Home of 12 Volt offer FREE Standard Express delivery to all CAPITALS throughout Australia. Any region that falls outside of a FREE FREIGHT Zone is only charge the additional surcharge fee*

*(Example of how the surcharge fee is calculated: If the Free freight zone in your local region amounted to $ 30.00 and the total postage cost for your order was instead $ 45.00,  then the surcharge fee = $ 15.00 only)

** If your order incurs a surcharge fee, you will be contacted within 24-48 hours of placing your order and prior to dispatch. We attempt every possibility to minimize all freight surcharges and this may includes looking into alternative delivery options
