After 5 years service the existing Thumper Redback Extreme was getting too tired to maintain reliability. Replacement unit was ordered and hopefully will see another long run of service from equipment.

Fantastic customer service online and over the phone. I’m in Victoria and was in need of a new battery for the weekend and was told it would arrive in two days, sure enough on my doorstep the second day. The battery itself is of great quality and seems to d as it’s supposed too, if you have a smart alternator e sure to purchase dc/dc charger or proper battery charger or even top up with solar as the smart alternator will only charge it up to 80%. After my trip of 6hours was couldn’t get the battery past 12.7v but after charging is now resting at 13.2v… will greatly increase the lifespan of the battery. Thumb’s up Home Of The 12v
