Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase when looking for a refund

Home of 12 volt is not responsible for any freights cost or damages that may be incurred with relation to return items
Home of 12 Volt will repair or replace the item if faulty and the unit will be returned to you as the customer at the expense of Home of 12 Volt. (Return postage for customer to Home of 12 Volt is borne by the customer).
If refunds are approved, they will be processed via the same method as the original payment (and processed via the website portal)
